Welcome to ChantBlaster (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App to create events, invite your friends, and synchronize lightshows on your mobile screens. You agree to use the App in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and in a manner that respects the rights and privacy of other users.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3. Event Creation and Lightshows

You can create events and invite friends to participate. During events, you may synchronize lightshows on the mobile screens of event members. You are responsible for the content and activities related to your events, and you must ensure that they comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. User Content

Any content you create, upload, or share on the App, including lightshows and event information, is your responsibility. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App’s operation.

By uploading or sharing content on the App, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize the use of the content. You further warrant that the content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright laws and intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChantBlaster and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of this warranty.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the App:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Posting or sharing content that infringes upon the rights of others.
Using the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Engaging in spam, harassment, or any form of malicious conduct.
Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the App’s infrastructure or security measures.

6. Commercial Agreement

ChantBlaster and the user may enter into a commercial agreement for additional services beyond those outlined in these Terms of Service. In such cases, the specific details of the agreement may be further elaborated in a “Binding Offer” as appropriate. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the provisions of the Binding Offer and these Terms of Service, the provisions of the Binding Offer shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the fees in the Binding Offer are subject to an annual inflation adjustment based on the EU zone inflation rate. Additionally, the fees are net amounts, and sales tax, VAT or any other applicable taxes are not included.

The agreement between the user and ChantBlaster shall come into force upon the user’s acceptance of the Binding Offer.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may initiate deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
